Max Remer - Principal
Max Remer is a strategic execution partner to senior leaders, known for translating vision into priorities, decisions, and measurable delivery. With 15+ years leading enterprise transformation, long-range planning, and analytics-driven performance management, he brings a track record of improving decision velocity in complex, fast-paced environments.
Most recently, Max served as Chief of Staff and VP of Business Strategy & Transformation at Blue Apron, partnering directly with the CEO to define and operationalize a multi-year north star vision focused on profitable growth and cross-functional alignment. He led a 60+ person organization spanning Strategy, Analytics, PMO, and Customer Experience, ran QBRs and performance communications, and drove enterprise-wide change management to increase alignment, transparency, and executive decision-making.
Earlier in his career at Amazon, Max led global teams across pricing strategy, forecasting, and customer insights, building decision frameworks and methodologies used to guide major commercial and operating decisions. He also brings deep feasibility and financial modeling experience from development-oriented work supporting large investment decisions.
